A recent transplant to Los Angeles, Paul is one of Britain's sharpest and most entertaining comics. Since arriving he has performed at the Hollywood Improv, IO West, and elsewhere.

In the UK he has performed regularly at the Comedy Store, the Improv, the Jongleurs chain, and made three appearances at the prestigious Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, and at other festivals, performing, and teaching stand-up and improvisation.

Paul also performs frequently for corporate audiences.

UK Critical acclaim for Paul's stand-up:

"Very funny" - Time Out

"Stylish and Savvy" - The Guardian

"A polished and engaging performer, the rake-like Rogan is a consistently entertaining stand-up." – Chortle.co.uk

"Destined for even greater things" - What's On

"Really is very funny. Pouring out a cascade of one-liners and observations, his non-stop flow makes him a clean, lean wit machine." - Heckler Magazine.

His show How to be the Perfect Couple ("hilariously observed, scarily funny" - London Newspaper Group) was a hit at the Edinburgh Festival, and had a sell out run in the US. He also performed in the Edinburgh Festival sketch show Radio Daze: "Classy, well-written scenes, supported by excellent comic actors" - The Independent; "Ingenious" - The Daily Express).

Since moving to the US Paul's TV credits include My Name is Earl, Cory In The House, 20 Good Years and Sleeper Cell.

Here in Los Angeles he recently produced, co-directed and performed in Jane Austen Unscripted, with the Impro Theatre Company. He has also performed with Off The Wall, the Comedy Store Players, and has represented Britain several times in improvisation tournaments at home and abroad. He was also one-half of the successful UK comedy act the Sean Connery Brotherhood ("very funny", Time Out).

He is also the author of two comedy books.
